How did it happaned that Ahmed Kaddur and Yuri Foreman ended up 100 places back in the ranking?They both used to be top 50 and now 140something.

The ratings rules were sharpened.

- ratings are cut to a value of 90 points above best defeated opponent

So the ratings of both boxers went down.
