Tony ' The Conqueror' Conquest
Hi Ladies and Gent's,
Just a quick note to introduce myself. I recently turned professional and have had three pro fights so far, all for Miranda Carter on Sunday afternoon shows at York Hall.
I've won all three and I'm learning all the time. I'm being trained by Jason Rowland and Richard Clark is my manager. I've mooched round the forums before, but never took the plunge and gone onto them.
At the moment, I'm training for my next fight, which is booked for April 24th at York Hall, this time it's a Saturday and it's on a Steve Goodwin show......... I can't wait..
Anyway, that's enough from me, looking forward to getting involved on here. Thanks for reading this and take care.

Hello mate thanks for your comments..... it's a fine line trying to get the right fights to learn from but not walk through, hopefully things'll carry on nice and steady and I can work me way through to the top five or so.rhino222 wrote:hi tony, well done so far in your career, you have certainly not been put in with complete 'no hopers' so far, so keep up the good progress.

I'll be out and about with me manager and me Mum on Friday night in Brentwood, trying to drum up a bit of support. I'll be popping into most of the pubs in the High Street, so if anyone fancies a natter while I'm drinking low fat, high fibre non alcoholic water..... it'd be good to see you.
Take care.

Hello Tony, Look foward to watching you progress. My local pub in Thetford had a couple of posters of your last fight up. The landlord said you came in and asked to put them up. Was you down here sparring?

You have a great name.
Seen some of your training on youtube and it looked good. Would like to see you get a fight up if you could.

Hi Tony, good luck with your career.
I see that your last fight had an entertaining start, decking your opponent early on , but getting one back as you followed up, good learning moment for you there.

I think my lack of experience told in that first round. I made the mistake of thinking I was in for an early night when John went over. I was a bit to eager to finish the job and paid the price. John was a little bit heavier than me and went right hand happy... I was pleased to get through the first. I think John taught me a valuable lesson. I was chuffed to get the win and wont make that mistake again!Old bones Ian wrote:Hi Tony, good luck with your career.
