Buzz, i appreciate Sock is at the front of the queue for your belts, with Dillon being at the top of the pile and Toney offering you a shot at his WBU, but please consider the most improved boxer out there, Gene Tunney.

Tunney was 5-8-1 and out of the top 25, now he is 20-10-2, and within the top 10. Who would have thought it possible?

Tunney deserves his chance.

If Buzz ducks Tunney, which he may well do, please allow him the fight against Gibbons.

Congratulation to Boxbuzz on a hard fought victory over the Greatest that is Tiger Jack Fox.

Just to bring to the public attention an earlier conversation between myself and Buzz:
BoxBuzz wrote:Crease...thought you wanted a fight with Maxie?

Week 33: Carl Froch vs Maxie Rosenbloom at Tokyo Dome
Signed for my part.
I sincerely doubt if the fight will happen this week, but Froch is more than capable of challenging Rosenbloom.

Froch knocked down Grant 6 times in his last fight. :box:

Lets just put it down to Rosenbloom choosing to ignore our boxers...
(Yet again).

Can we arrange it for week 34? :TU:

Carl Froch will fight the original WBO champion, Omar Sheika

Jose Torres will fight the original WBA champion, Jimmy Slattery

Both fights will take place at Ulster Hall, Belfast

These decisions are final. :TU:

PS. Froch wants Moorer in week 34. :OhYes:

Moore is looking for a big fight. (not a title shot we'll wait until buzz loses for that)

TJF will ride off into the sunset and fight several farewell fights to end his career.

Sock, you're like a brother from another mother...seriously nothin' but love for ya...you know that......but let us walk down memory lane together.

Didn't this very call go out to you, when shoes were on different feet? Yes, I'm old, and sometimes the memory fades...however I believe this call has a haunting ring to it. The haunting ring of a call for help from the wilderness...that went disappointingly unanswered, this is my impression as I struggle to recall all the details.

Do you recall such a place and time? I'm not exactly sayin' no here. I just need some sort of validation for the years of pain that GBP inc has endured from that rejection moment.

Maximus Summons Bob Foster.

Why? Because Bob gave him a chance earlier in the season.

GBP will make peace with sock by accepting his offer of the WBU face off with Conn. And if Dillon is available next week, Maximus will settle the score with the man who upset his first reign of "terra". We ask that Foster give this chance to Dillon IF he should pay enough to the judges to secure a win.

Yes...we mean dirt.
