Well, I guess Rosario did have a few nice wins. I just don't know if it's enough to offset his losses. Mitchell is difficult because much of his record is probably incomplete. Would have been interesting had he fought "Nonpariel" Dempsey or Fitzsimmons.
Papp is one that really bugs me. (He never beat a contender as a professional.) This has to be based compeletely on his amateur career. Is a fighter's amatuer career even a factor when voting for others? If so the lack of an outstanding amateur career should prevent the induction of many Hall of Famers.
Besides Stevenson and other great amateurs aren't in.
