When I first came up with this concept of a 64-Heavyweight tournament, I wanted people to pick their top 30 Heavyweights...

It basically meant that the top 64 Heavyweights would have each (n different peoples eyes) done enough to be in their top 30.
The only say that I had in the tournament was that I indefinitely place my top 8 Heavyweights in the tournament:
Ali, Dempsey, Foreman, Frazier, Johnson, Louis, Marciano, Tyson
My penalty for having the final say in these 6 certainties - is that I could not include anyone else...
But I too suggested 22 other boxers, here are the boxers I suggested but no-one else did:
