Someone pointed out and rightly congratulated Sky on showcasing 2 live fights on Friday, with the two EBU title fights.
However, this new thing has been happening for a few weeks now.... and seems to be happening in a few weeks to come.
On the 26th we had Hatton vs Branco / Webb vs Small.
On the 19th we had Arthur vs Lindsay / David Price Live (was Davies vs Bell?).
the next one is scheduled to have two live fights.
I wonder if this is a perminant thing - if yes..... well done Sky.
Only minor complaint is for Sky plus to work - it messed up for the Hatton vs Branco bill cause it overan.
Sky 2 live fights from now on?

It's probably not a permanent thing, and you only tend to get two live fights if either
a) There is a big name prospect fighting live, or
b) There are two title fights worthy of being shown live.
The last couple of FFN's have fitted in with option B.

21.30 - 00.00 would be a better programme time, this would allow for any overun, an dif the main events finished early we could see some undercard action.
