Warren has big plans for arthur.

Post by bigped »

Warren yesterday delivered a firm message to his boxer that any repeat of the unfocused approach which contributed to his downfall against Gomez will cost him much more than just the right to call himself the leading domestic super-featherweight.

"Alex can’t afford another slip-up here, it’s as simple as that," said Warren. "I’ve moved heaven and earth to get him the fight in his home town in front of his own fans, but I hope he doesn’t play up the crowd as he did against Gomez. He has to focus on who is in front of him, because Craig Docherty is a good fighter who has just as much to gain from this fight.

"If he comes through this fight okay, then I have big plans for him, a good surprise."

That prize is likely to be a shot at the winner of the WBO super-featherweight title fight between unbeaten champion Mike Anchondo, of Los Angeles, and his Argentine challenger Jorge Barrios which takes place in Miami, also on 8 April.

How you think arthur would do in this fight>> ??? that if he beats craig u think he will???[/img]

I think Anchondo outpoints Barrios.

Could be a great chance for Arthur if Frank pulls it off - the American is good enough, but not unbeatable you'd think.
