Absolutely agree with this. I am an ex amateur who worked with a nightmare of a club trainer. I am 5ft 11 and used to get down to middleweight (75kg), my normal weight would be 82-84kgs back then. (it was such a long time ago, normal weight is now ninty five (ish))
Losing 6-7kgs with Danny's build would be a piece of p1ss. The trouble is most people who have never been in a boxing environment think that less weight means less power, it does'nt!!!
With the right training balance, the right food, the right preparation and at his age he could make 79kgs without losing the power easily.
The other thing you have to think about is that all the top Cruisers are usually weighing 95-105kg when at normal weight, they have to get down to 90kgs, these guys are both bigger and stronger then Danny. I will say it again, he should be looking to clean up the LHW division.
Dropping 3.6kgs did not help Mundine, he has not scored a KO since he dropped to middleweight.
But he doesn't eat thats why he has no power Fight for a middleweight title Choc or face your new nickname of skeletor

A lot more money at heavyweight anyway. Heavyweight champions get paid in tens of millions. Cruiserweights get nothing like that.

Nah i do like greeny but i just dont think you can go on like he did after the manny fight sayin how he couldnt handle "dannys power" " (yes talking in third person) and all that...to me hes starting to sound like mundine eg fighing lower grade fighters and then talking yourself up all i ask is that he fights some highly ranked opponents....id love to see green vs adamek at cruiser...and if it counts i think adamek wins easy!
Yeah i didn't really like Green talking in the third person.
