When the great Jose "Mantequilla" Napoles won the welter title 41 years ago, he was past his prime. I saw a video of Napoles of the 1960s as a lightweight and, boy, he was something to see. He had that great left hook. I just wish, well, we cannot turn back time, that he would have won a world title in the mid 60s when he was in his prime, than when he beat up Curtis Cokes in 1969.
