Not at all, he can box very well but most of all he is a fighter. Mayweather is a disgrace to fighting.

Actually he knew exactly what he was doing and has admitted he was cheating knowingly.

I love the way Mayweather mocked the Mosely camp by mimicking their
"throw the white towel" training excericise.

Everyone was laughing around the Mayweather camp as Nazim Richardson and Shane Mosley and his crew were mocked and laughed at and ridiculed and humilated.

Yes Floyd is a cringe worthy person - he thinks he is impressing thats why he acts the dick head but who is he impressing really ?

His father and Uncle the "Black Mumba" are two x fighters who have passed their boxing experience onto him to make him a very good fighter.

But the Mayweather clan are unreasonable people - they have no regard for anything other than themselves.

Greedy , selfish , egotistcal , disrespectful, etc, etc

Mosely is a humble man - being torn into by a flash flamybount person - who hangs out in Dubai and drives flash cars and wears shiny watchs and dresses in $25,000 suits. :OhYes:

Its a reasonable statement. As boxing fans, we shouldn't let bias cloud our judgement. Typical case in point; Jamie Moore. Talked up as the second coming on this board and hyped up to the last. "he could beat Paul Williams" etc. Then loses to Rhodes and some other guy whos name we don't know. Another example, Gary Lockett vs Pavlik. It was a hiding for Lockett yet we had people on the forum claiming Lockett would win. It's all about being objective and realistic as a boxing fan, but of course we all have our favourites.

I normally laugh at alot of the crap mayweather talks, but some of the stuff he was saying about moseleys relationship with his dad felt very wrong.

Anyone who chooses to hang out in Dubai, when they have enough money that the whole world is at their disposal, is clearly very foolish indeed.

When assessing a fight and who would win, it pays to be subjective and leave all bias at the door.

Of course, most are unable to do so. Take Hatton vs Floyd for instance.
Surely you mean objective?

Your a disgrace to the sport i'm sorry! He admitted and was cleared, case over and finished.
Mosely is one of the most humbled sporting figures, a true gentleman of the sport, and has done everything to keep this sport in the spotlight, a little respect to a man who has paved the way for fighters like Mayweather.

Doesn't FMJ inject god given talent into his hands?

I just think he's an immature, insecure brat and when you look at his dad and uncle Roger as his main influences in his life it's no wonder he's turned out the way he has. Exceptional talent but an absolute prat and no I don't rate him anywhere near as highly as some of the shills on here do, his best win was over a semi-retired fighter who was some way past his best, hardly the sign of greatness is it? :geek:

If you're talking about his win over DeLaHoya, Banj, then I don't even rate that as a win, I have his best win as Hatton. I don't rate him either, he has some good moves and great reflexes and fast twitch muscle fibres, making him a skilled boxer, and good evasiveness and that's the problem, he doesn't like to fight.

You don't rate the de la Hoya win? Are you nuts? It was a very good display by someone who had never fought up at light-middleweight, against someone who was class and comfortable at 154lbs.

I do rate the De La Hoya win as a decent win because IMO very few fighters from welter/lightmiddle would have beaten Oscar but anyone who knows their boxing will know that it wasn't the best version of Oscar there's been.

:witzend: He might have been given the decision but he never 'won'.
