Absolute class from Mayweather, showed his whiskers too, got hurt, rode it out, and has put on a proper schoolage.

Great stuff. Bring on Manny. :box:

Two good fighters, but slightly surprisingly one-sided.

Yeah to try and get him going, do you really think he would of! he took some right hands but certainly didn't take a beating.

Watching Mayweather's post comeback fights make you realize that Hatton's effort wasn't that bad. He certainly made it more competitive than Mosley and Marquez who many consider superior fighters. Maybe rushing in head first and letting go is the only way you're going to land, but only if you can take the shots coming in.

May 119-109.

Mayweather's best offensive performance since the Corrales fight. Mosley was just too old, fought the wrong fight IMO and was far too inactive before the fight (he gassed after 6-7 rounds). I'm not making excuses either - still one of Mayweather's top 3 wins, and in his top 2 performances.

Mosley looked old and lost in that ring, took more than some right hands.

Very good performance from Mayweather.

Mosley looked tired very early. He looked tense right from the start.

So, I may be wrong, but I just want to throw this out there and see what you think. 38 years old, and coming off a 16 month lay-off. Then, we see evidence that he just looked gone after a big effor in the second. Take nothing away from Mayweather, but can we draw conclusions about Mosley?

Yeah whatever, if you think that should have been stopped you really shouldn't be watching boxing

Mosley couldn't have hit Mayweather better with those right hands to the point of the chin. Mayweather wobbled but stayed upright and came back at Mosley. It was an unbelievable performance from Floyd to then SCHOOL mosley completely and do it while he was standing in front of mosley. unreal. floyd has a granite chin and tons of heart.
