I never gave the man a second thought for over 3 years until I saw him in the ring with Herbie Hide tother night, and he didn't look exactly chiseled in there. In fact he was a stone heavier than the only other time I saw him, and he was soft then, so it's not like I can be blamed for not realising he did get into decent shape one time two years ago. meh.
Yes many times but admit when I am wrong (look in the PBF thread) Brooks was also in good shape when he fought Shon Davies, my point is when he is given the time off work to train he can get in very good shape. Lets just agree to disagree ay?

just looked at herbie hides record , never really noticed before , but man hes fought some crap , his record is really padded out , knockouts vs nobodys etc , hes fought only a few times agaisnt good opposition and got beat in 2 of them , and hes lost 2 to nobodys , dont know how we all thought he was going to walk prizefighter , as there the sort of level hes always fought at and hes getting older , i now dont think he would have beaten dickinson , its a shame it didnt happen as the name would have propelled dickinsons career massively.

Chanet,Lampkin,Bent,Tucker and Fischer arent bad names.A long time ago,but still an awful lot better than anyone else in the field had faced. One of the stoppages against him was a cut.Bowe said he was the hardest puncher he faced...
His record is padded, but he was still a justified short priced favourite and Dickinson has a long way to go before he will be classed as a favourite against Hide.
