WBA Welter now vacant?

Is that right?

From what I understood as Floyd didn't pay the fees he could not win the belt, but if Mosley lost it would be vacant. So it was only on the line for Mosley.

Souley M'Baye - Antonin Decarie are fighting for the interim WBA welterweight belt this month, maybe it might now be for the proper belt.

Edit: just realised Senchenko is the Regular WBA Champ and Mosley was the Super Champ. Bloody WBA
