A terrific film of a near tragic night, really powerful viewing and some brilliant never before seen footage of Ali at Deer Lake, and the massive entourage and crowds hanging out there, hanging onto his every word.
Very sad, as you can see a slowed down Ali knows he isn't going to win this one in the weeks ahead, despite trying to convince himself a miracle is on the way.
It opens with an older Larry Holmes voice over, quiet and sounding so regretful and almost in tears, murmuring "how can you beat a legend..." It really packed a punch.

terrific documentary.
one of the best i've seen tbh.
the bit with the speedball is so sad.
can't even get it started properly. :(
just shows u how money went before a persons health.
vegas was still establishing itself as a force back then.
least they've grown a pair since then.
