My mate has just had his tickets cancelled by SEE Tickets who emailed him to tell him they wanted him to fax him his bank details (sounds dodgy) and I see the FW website has been hacked. has anyone else had problems with tix

Yep, if you block 4+ tickets they sometimes ask you to fax details, I did this with reluctance and the tickets have arrived.
