Glad to see that Berg got in. Quite an impressive career that included victories over Tony Canzoneri (decisively in one bout) and Kid Chocolate twice, though there has been some controversy there.

A little disappointed though that Kid McCoy and Tommy Gibbons still haven't made it.

Well, we missed the last couple of votes. We had been doing it every three months. Interest seemed to be declining. Not as many people voting and very little discussion about who should get in.

However, we have been getting some people who may be interested. I'm thinking we do it again, but not so often. Maybe just once or twice a year instead of 4 times.

I had mentioned a while back that we need to do this less often. Instead of every three months, I was thinking just once or twice a year. Interest seemed to be declining. Not as many people voting and very little discussion about who should get in. And to be honest, I have a lot less time to do it than I used to.

However, we still have been getting some people who are interested. So I think every 6 months is the way to go. So I was planning on doing it again in November, which by then would be 6 months since the last time.

Hopefully we can get more people interested and also have some spirited (but not juvenile) debates about some fighters. It is a fun thing and I hope there will be a lot of interest next time.

Does the BoxRec HOF have a building somewhere? Manhattan, maybe?

I'd sure like to visit the HOF and walk amongst the busts of the enshrinees. Maybe shadow box 'em a little.

Mina was the only fighter listed worth a mention. I wouldn't have any of the others on my list if the ballot called for 500 fighters.
