Incredibly naive/unwise/mental.

Behaviour such as this by "fans" is spoiling boxing. I've said so, and seen it before. And there were incidents in the venue, too.

Promotors (or is it the venues- who is responsible?) need to crack down on this- a strict "Zero tolerance" campaign on crowd aggression and misbehaviour.

Its yob culture in britain thats out of control full stop however the pakistani yobs seem to have only come out of the wood work in the last ten or so years. And yes its as i said youths trying to prove that they can be feared like the white hooligans and the yardees.

And in all fairness the british football hooligans havent just left a car bomb in times square, so you would expect any traveling pakistanis to try and set an example or rather show the yanks that they arent all nutters and terrorists.

Khan sends a very good message across about british muslims/pakistanis - and that message is likely to fall on deaf ears with his supporters acting like complete tools.

To be fair though if a car bomb was left in Ireland it doesnt meant any white guy in a hoody should be feared. Some of his fans do seem to be idiots but is just crazy what people are suggesting that muslims should keep low profiles.

Well actually when the English were in northern ireland all military personel were told to stay in civies and keep a low profile and when the IRA were bombing england i cant remember too many Norther irish lads walking around london in tops saying ulster army acting like dicks lol.

Got to say met him at a couple of Jamie Moore fights and he was okay - posed for a photo with my lad etc etc and then met him and his entourage at Hatton/Maussa when I had to deal with them for seats in the VIP area - I will be perfectly honest they were perfect gentlemen.

However - once a squaddie always a squaddie - I was in the mob for 24 years and one particular story from a very reliable source within the ministry of defence (high ranking officer) told me something about Team Khan and alledged rumours concerning some lads and medals which were meant to be handed out by Khan and alledgedly were then refused.

Then to top that I regard Olly Harrison very highly indeed and out of all the Trainer/Fighter fallouts I truly believe Olly was treated very badly indeed.

Big Lennox you know me wellish and know I get on with anybody at shows - I am there to do a job and love it - but sorry Team Khan have really gripped me like no one else and that includes a certain promoter who takes a lot of stick on here.
