I agree but Khan had no kids or wife. Mitchell is tied down.
dont give me that family bullcrap! alot of boxers have family's and altough its very tough on them they leave there familys for training camps 2-3 months at a time. didnt katsidis train in thailand and leave his family for like 3 months? sorry but if you want to be the best you got to train like the best.

As I said, I agree, but i don't think Mitchell would do it.

Im gutted for Mitchell. I still think he's a cracking little fighter.

I would love for him to get a fight on with John Murray. All or nothing type fight. Fortune favours the brave!

haha. Mitchell, who was clearly smaller than Katsidis at 135, 'needs' to move up to 140 now. He needs to stop making excuses is what he needs to do, there are much bigger drainers in boxing than he was 1t 130 never mind 135. :TU:
he was talking about 140 before the katsidis fight, though. clearly it is too far, and he'd end up like alex arthur.

i think 135 is the best compromise for him. reckon he'll gas down at 130.
He looks too small for lightweight. Has he been living the life? It doesn't sound it and Warren's anger says so much.

Some boxers lock themselves away during training, no distractions, just focus on the fight. Mitchell goes home to his missus and has a row, whose to know this hasn't happened before? I say he is talking nonsense about 140 and needs to knuckle down and go back to super feather.
