Our Enry

Post by Wales »

Apparently Sir Henry Cooper was doing talks on the cruise ship my parents are currently on, so they popped down to see him. They were quite shocked by Henrys decline and said he would forget what he was saying and mix up his stories before clumsily back tracking. In the text I received the parting shot was "it was very sad".

Shame.

What ship were they on? Cunnard or P&O ?

He must have been on holiday himself i bet, but just chatting to fellow guests.

Im taking my mrs and our 2 year old on the Royal Caribbean ship from Southampton for 2 weeks in June.... guess what they have got in their gym :-

he was doing it in a theatre type main hall mate, but he may have done it as a side as he was onboard anyway.

Im not sure, I think its P&O... Im going end of July, but I doubt they have one fo those - if only eh!

Went ont he QM2 last year, gym there was decent, but again, it didnt have a ruddy boxig ring

Which ship is it that you're going on ?

Independence of the Seas. I looked at the Ventura with P&O as like mine, it's aimed at young 'ens.

Previously i went on a Costa ship (atlantica) which was mega and then the 'cruise for people who don't do cruises' (Ocean Village) which was absolutely crap and is now sailing off from the UK market to Australia after this season.

But yeah, having a full range of bags and an Everlast ring was a big incentive.

If i was a pro boxer I would do an 10 week camp onboard ! :D

that's awesome! Amazing how much room they can fit on these ships. There's a channel on TV runs these half hour promos for Royal Caribbean, I've never considered myself a cruise type of person but I'd give i a go, my missus is sick of hearing about it when it's on lol.
