Prizefighter refund.
Prizefighter refund.
Just a question really, just wondering if there are any differences in the refund rules when it comes to a prizefighter. This one is having drop outs, including its "star" name. I'm just wondering why are they not thinking about postponing the event.
Re: Prizefighter refund.
good luck with that. Firstly, I've never seen a boxing ticke that didn't have "non-refundable" written on the back of it.
I booked up for Dublin a bit back but the fighter I was going to see opponent pulled out. I eventually got a refund but you'd have thought I was asking for the crown jewels the length I had to go to. That was Ticketshafter.

I'm sure that Matchroom and Wayne knew all along that he wasn't going to be taking part in this event. It was just to get the publicity and interest going. As soon as it was announced he was in thats when the ticket sales went up. ;;-)

I wasn't going to go, just was asking really. Even though we've had withdrawal's before Prizefighter seems to be going through a transition (maybe cost cutting) to have one "star"... so when the star pulls out, I'm just wondering what happens.NorthEastBoxingFan wrote:good luck with that. This has had a few pull outs, although there has never been the threat of the bill being postponed, if 2 / 3 fighters in a "normal" boxing bill pulled out, including the star attraction, then there would be a good chance that the bill would be pulled.
