Stop trying to reason Saldivar's loses...
He has lost 4 fights out of 8.
He has a 50% loss rate.
And them are the FACTS

Kid Chicolate, probably in the top 5/6.
Willie Pep, undoubtably the #1.
Azumah Nelson, probably a top 15.
Sugar Ramos, probably a top 15 rated fighter.
Probably, probably, probably.... *ROLL EYES*

For those of you out there who respect the truth:

Hitman is bending the truth once again to try and make himself look good.

Sugar Ramos' manager (Madball1982) did NOT describe Ramos victory over Saldivar as a "lucky punch"...

It was Hitman himself who invented this: And here is the undisputable proof:
hitman09 wrote:Fabulous guts shown by Ramos, down on all three cards 68-64 to Saldivar, getting demolished, pulls one mighty punch out of the bag and it's all over.
Madball then responded with this:
madball1982 wrote:We can always do it again. Hopefully next time Ramos won't have to pull a lucky punch out of his arse to win it
Actually laughing off Hitman's foolish suggestion.

And that, gentlemen is the truth!

I don't care if it catches on or not. To me, you are the Sim version of TML. As far as relevance, you aren't even in the top 10? By week 15, you will probably have both guys out of the top 25. Please make sense........

The only reason you are in the top 10 is because you received a gift in Kid Chocolate...
You, (like few other managers) are destined to do big things when you have a boxer like Chocolate in your team.

Even the likes of Pep, Arguello and Armstrong... They are going to be feared because of their ability.

Barrera has already fought Pep, and I'm hoping to match him against Arguello and Armstrong before Week 20?

I wanna see how far Barrera can go?

I got Chocolate with the 8th or 9th pick. So if he is a gift, that would/should mean there are at least 7 or 8 other "gifts" out there? Whatever your pick was, you had Chocolate as your second choice, correct? If that is the case, why do you think the "gift" would still be there at your pick? Who in their right mind would have Barrera on their draft board before him?!? Also, I've won a belt on every full sim-season and always had one guy, at least, in the mix of things, regardless of my draft position.....

M.A.B. will go out of the top 25, at this rate.......

Not making sense, Madball himself called it a lucky punch, while Hitman did not.

Then you can consider yourself very lucky 'Geto.

I have been a huge Barrera fan after watching his fights with Morales... I wanted him in my team, and was very keen to get him.

I wouldn't think so, 'Geto.

Was T.J.F. the number one fighter in the Sim last season, stat wise? I'd think he probably wasn't, yet he was the fighter of the season, correct?

As for certain people knowing the ratings for drafting and matchups.......that is like Sim-steroids...... :bag:

Whoa!!! Brave move there Neri, brave move.

Guzman accepts.
Typical scouse.
Saddler has fought Pacman, Sanchez and Olivares. All of whom feature in the top 10.

There are many who are not willing to face Saddler. We wanted Azumah Nelson this week but he ducked our challenge.

Of course he was... He won his first 21 fights - and took on the top contenders...

When Rafael Marquez beats Armstrong, Arguello, Pep, Chocolate and Saddler than I will compare him to Fox.

Again, missing the point. T.J.F. wasn't the highest ranked fighter stat wise, according to the sim. However, he was the best fighter during the season. Thus, it doesn't always matter what a fighter is ranked, according to the game.

I'm sure somebody that owns the game can tell us. There is no way T.J.F. was rated higher than Moore, Charles, and some other guys......

TJF and Rosenbloom has the same overall rating. This was revealed when Buzz threatened legal action against my office if you'll recall.
