P.S. the thread about sanctioning bodies, at least the WBF do have a vague rule about innactivity. My favourite annecdote that I'm going to threaten the great grandchildren with is the UBC (or is that F?) who, in their Dec 2004 rankings still had some guy as their champ, who hadn't fought in 20 months or something.
