Ingles Lines Drill
Really enjoyed Ians article on British and Irish boxing legend Brendon Ingle and I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share the footwork drills they use down there. I think footwork is over looked by a lot of mediocre trainers- and I try to iclude it with all the kids as much as possible. I use the ones they do at the England Squad at the moment but wouldn't mind a few more to mix things up a bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff, if you ever get time to come over to Sheffield, I'm sure you would learn a lot from a few hours at Wincobank - I'd be happy to help arrange, should you wish.
I think you need to see it mate.

Re: Ingles Lines Drill
yeah I heard about their footwork drills
something about jumping in and out of lines and stuff like that
Naz had great footwork - moved around the ring really well - same with Johnny Nelson
I agree with Jeff- I think footwork is massively underrated and very good skill to have.
