I WANT TO WATCH DAVID HAYE FIGHT, NOT EAT

Post by DIRT SUGAR »

Big ad on Boxing News' back-page about some boxing dinner where you get to meet Haye etc etc. All nice and good when your career is over that kind of thing, but only thing I'm interested in now when and for God's sake who he is fighting next, not what he's having for dinner. Fight now, cash-in later!

He has been very quiet of late, thats very uncarachteristic of him. I had pressumed thats because his team were working hard out behind the scenes trying to nail the Klitschko deal, but that does not appear to be the case.

Nobody could have blamed Haye for wanting to cash in a bit before taking on a Klitschko, but he ran his mouth off so much about being desperate to fight them, and for so long, that if he backs out now he's going to piss off a whole lot of his fans.

At least let the fans know whats going on. Is it that the Klitscko's are impossible to deal with, or are they a step to far for Haye at this point of his career?

Well work harder or fight someone else, don't want dinner with the guy! And I think the guy's a breath of fresh air too, hence why It's so frustrating after all the talk of smashing the Klitschkos to bits.

Hasn't his wife been ill? Might explain the lack of news.

I was at a dinner do last night were he was the headline, got some free VIP tickets, I'd been a bit disappointed if I'd had to pay for it, he was sitting on the next table to me and sat most of the night playing games on his phone.

Easy 25k wages

Judging on the weight he put on for the John Ruiz fight I can guess what his kind of dinner was

Deep Fried Chicken dripping in fat
Chips
Triple Burger with cheese
Ice Cream
Choclate Gateux
Jelly
Sweets
2 litres of Pepsi to wash it all down

so much for his "no processed food diet" that he was on to make the crusierweight limit.
