Something tells me the sanctioning orgs just don't like Saldivar. He has beaten Lopez, Marquez, and Olivares, all of whom are somehow ahead of him. He will (hopefully) beat Olivares again this week, we shall see if that brings him up to a top 5 ranking. He is 3-1-1 against the current top 5, after all.
