We all know the potential Breland had and the tools he had on his best night in his short career.

We all know what Cotto is about.........................

crikey you're on good form today

i say Cotto gets stunned early, bust up by the jab, and he's outta there by the 11th.

This a hard call, but Im thinking Breland keeps him off wiv the jab and his speed. I need to think more before I vote.

No way! Miguels' best punch is the left to the body; Mark Breland was a wonderfully gifted and powerful front runner who gave classy hidings to second raters and no hopers. Cotto is at least on the level of those who bested Breland; (who I liked to watch for his speed and power). Cotto would have done him in pretty much like Marlon Starling did.

Interesting comments Simon. The "front runner" tag applied to Breland is an accurate one. Mark could look awe inspiring on his day yet seemed to seize up against Marlon.

To me this is an easy pick . . Cotto by KO. Miguel by get stunned early but he would break Breland down with his pressure and his body punching to Breland's thin ribcage

I think Miguel Cotto wins this fight. Mark Breland was to frail and unimpressive. Both fighters do not impress me.
