Ki-Youg Chung <http://www.boxrec.com/boxer_display.php?boxer_id=124464> is listed as winning the IBF featherweight title on 29 November 1985 by beating Min-Kuen Oh on points. In the next fight listed for that title, on 16 February 1986, Kee-Young Chung <http://www.boxrec.com/boxer_display.php?boxer_id=033404> is listed as stopping Tyrone Jackson in 6.
The overall record for Ki-Young Chung is 1-1, a win for the IBF Featherweight title, and an earlier loss for the South Korean Super Bantamweight title. The record for Kee-Young Chung is 2-1 all in IBF featherweight title matches.
Are these two records actually reffering to different men, or are they
simply different spellings of the name of one man.
Two IBF Featherweight titlists in mid 1980s, same man?

Record updated: 31 wins, 5 losses, 2 draws (10 KO).
Consulted my Korean students and consensus was preferred spelling as Ki-Young Chung.
If somebody has Ring Magazine with "Rings around the World" that would cover 1981-10-31 Ki-Young Chung D 8
Ki-Nam Nam (Seoul, Korea). Please look into this fight. It seems to me that Ki-Nam Nam is a spelling error.
Thanks.

AFAIK,
Ki-Young Chung is correct.
Apr. 82 Ring-p 61 did not list the Ki-Nam Nam bout on that date (10-31-81) in Seoul, Korea
I entered all the other contested bouts on that date.
Chung has always been listed as having 2 draws.
Do U have a reference for that date ?
FWIW,
I think that,
The 6-14-80 date was with Hideki Kobayashi (not Naoki) : source Oct. 80 Ring- p 71.
The 11-19-83 date with Hi-Youn Kim was a W 5 (tech) : Apr.84 Ring- p 61.
The 5-28-85 date was with Al Llanita (not Alinata ) : source Sept. 85 Ring - p 56.

Thanks for info Blue, especially the Al Llanita result. That does make a lot more sense.
As far as the Ki-Nam Nam bout, it's out of the "good ol'" RRB 1986-1987.
Who knows, maybe the date is off. This is a typical example of a record being provided by a comission, translating results into English upon request with names that don't readily translate into "our" alphabet. If you'd ask them again, I'm sure the spelling of a number of fighters would be completely different. A difficult area to cover indeed.
