in a not so suprising move Naseem Hamed is having his contract torn up and is now a free fighter Prince Promotions CEO Mike Hunt held a press conference today to inform the public of the change and quickly moved to sign Juan Manuel Marquez to the team but the suprise is the signing of trainer bouie fisher to the stable as a full time trainer for both fighter. "Its been a long time coming and we have been well behind the trend." Mike Hunt says "But now for the fans we have finally signed a full time trainer to the gym rather than the constant flow of trainers who stay for one fight then leave. This is the Prince Promtions of the future this is now, this is it, Mr Fenech and Mr. Marquez will do well under the tutalage of Bouie, and Prince Promotions should be able to return to glory again. Its been to long since we had a world champion.". If either fighter is able to pull off an upset win for a world title at some point this season they will join the list of world champions from the Prince Promotions stable with greats Jack Johnson, Sam Langford and Thommy "the Hitman" Hearns.
Marquez makes his first fight under the banner this weeks 16 against Wilfredo Vazquez
