It's crazy how my past and present are coming together in the Quarterfinals of this tournament, when Vazquez meets the guy he replaced in Eusebio Pedroza. It's good to see Pedroza turning it around. Hopefully he recovers well after this fight.

I think am doing us proud so far this season. Two okish fighters inside the top 10. Griffo the WBU champion and has also had two major title fights, along with being in the semi's of this tournament.

Griffo has been stopped when he's stepped up against anyone powerful. Arguello and Marquez are examples.
