What are the bets on 90% of this bill imploding?
Re: Mr Warrens September Show
Yea must be nightmare trying to put something like this together
must be pulling hair out untill there all offically on the scales.
At least there will be some big names on the bill anyway even if the scheduled opponents call off
Lets hope it all goes to plan or mostly to paln would be a success for Boxing standards

I heard O'Donnell was fighting Jennings for the title, has this now changed?
Other than that looks a great card, just hope it all stays together.

Warren is bang out of order here, no way will half those fights happen on the same card, he's just getting our hopes up again.
There's an old saying in Tennessee - I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee, that says, fool me once, shame on... shame on you. Fool me... you can't get fooled again

Re: Mr Warrens September Show
interesting stuff...definitely would prefer the NIA over the NEC though
just hope it doesn't mean some decent fights don't get televised and only seen by a handful of peooke

It looks a very promising nights pugilism if he is able to pull it all together which I think he will able to do and I am sure that we will enjoy seeing this potentially delightful evening's worth of entertainment.
Re: Mr Warrens September Show
just booked my hotel, but made sure i could cancel it. Just in case some of the fights do not happen. If this show comes off it will be a cracker.
maybe put degale in with mendy the prizefighter winner

Re: Mr Warrens September Show
this HAS to be a 4 hour show, the fans simply cannot miss out on 1 of the british title fights and robly frankie gavins title fight
Re: Mr Warrens September Show
What a card, if this all comes off I will be amazed, but if it does.. What a night.. I'll have to bring a camel back as I won't be moving from my seat!

The recession-busting, title-fight extravaganza - dubbed The Magnificent Seven - takes place on September 18 at the LG Arena in Birmingham and will be a PPV event on Sky

As excellent as the card is, it isn't pvp material. Only the anoraks are going to buy into this I would guess.

Re: Mr Warrens September Show
warren will have done 2 shows this year by september
no wonder he is putting on a big card, but worth 15 pound? not a chance..half of the fights will be mismatches and the other half we will only see highlights of..no chance warren!!!
Re: Mr Warrens September Show
Not worth 15 quid as the card is made up of prospects and domestic/european class fighters.
Dont get me wrong soft arse over here will end up paying for it but theres no british superstar or even british world champion on the card to capture the general publics imagination.

Not my favourite promoter - but give him some credit
people are always wanging on on this site about all these British & Irsih prospects not actually fighting or fingthing anybody who is any good - here's your answer - shut up and just pay your fee (or ticket money)
