Fight Academy Payoff

Just wondered if you guys had heard anything about this alledged payoff they received from the BBC?

There was an article published in a magazine and on SecondsOut.com about it.

It was also mentioned on Doghouse but Spud took the thread down, even though he started it! That guy is full of hypocrisy.

I heard that they got £150,000. Where did this go? To the fighters or straight into someones back skyrocket?

I did read the article, but generally ignored the article because of the date.

I hope the money (if this did happen) went back to the stable, to help promote their future shows and to be used to employ PR people to help in their promotion. Please do not take this as a dig at Fight Acadamy (It is not supposed to sound that way) I am sure they are doing everything in their power to get the best for their fighters. I think sell out shows and a terrestial TV deal would help their fighters in the long run as opposed to just giving them a share of this alledged payoff.

I reckon it was much more than 150k
