Oh well.

Post by stujones »

I few weeks ago I made a post beging the texas commision not to sanction the Lazcano vs Juuko match. Thankfully, it is not happening. The reason though startled me. Apparently, Lazcano feels that Juuko is too tough for his comeback. Talk about a crisis on confidence.

This is not me guessing, Lazcano's promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, openly admitted that this was the reason on his interview over at fightnews.

Whilst this has surprised me, thought Lazcano would be ready and willing to destroy Juuko. It is nice to see the promoter being brutely honest and not make some kind of excuse.

Laszcano seems to be losing the plot a little bit I have heard he was seen outside De La Hoya's hotel causing trouble and that he had to be removed by the Police. He said that he just wanted to talk with Oscar but something must be wrong between them

Apparently after he pulled out against Juuko he demanded a fight against DLH, though.

Fighters feed the promoters imo. Without fighters there would be no boxing. It's just a shame you guy's don't stand up for your rights more. Boxing needs a union.

Lazcano should have taken the fight with Juuko though, Juuko is shot to shit.
