To throw a few names out there that they have put on the "New Faces" list;Jean Pascal,Curtis Stevens,Edison Miranda,Verquan Kimbrough,Rodel Mayol,Jorge Paez Jr.,Joel Julio,Anthony Peterson,Giovanni Lorenzo,Elio Rojas,Tavoris Cloud,Danny Garcia,Nick Casal,Lamont Peterson,Raphael Butler,Jason Litzau,Miguel Angel Garcia,Derek Ennis Jr.....man who are some of these people...skip,skip,heavyweight no name, some mexican named Garcia again,a fighter who had the same name as a former Cowboy`s linebacker,SKIP,Hey! Sechew Powell,James Kirkland,NONITO DONAIRE,Vanes Martirosyan and Alfredo Angulo. I am not sure the section is meant to predict future champions because they wouldn`t be too good in there choices but alot of those fighters they mention do make some sort of a splash. I am not sure what they were thinking at the time with that Kimbrough guy though,he is crap! I like the "New Faces" articles though.

I remember they had Mike Williams as new face prospect of the year or some such award.
He later refused to come out of his dressing room to face Tommy Morrison in a title go.
The result was Tim Tomashek getting the call. Only thing was he didnt have much time to prepare for Tommy. Tim was in the crowd to watch the fight.

Buster Douglas highlight reeled him under Tyson/Spinks. I haven't thought of his name in ages.

I was reading some KO magazine from 1986 last night, and it mentioned how Mike Williams had handled Mike Tyson really well in some sparring sessions and that he was one to watch.
