Rakhim Chakhkiev correction

I just wanted to correct the info on this page:

The birth place is not Tobolsk at all, its Nazran (Republic of Ingushetia within Russia). Tobolsk is miles away, dunno where u got it from.

Chakhkiev was born in Tobolsk where his parents Ingush natives worked in USSR times. His parents were born in Nazran not Rakhim himself. He moved to Nazran as a child.

All these sources copy mistakes of one another.

Chakhkiev himself said that he was born in Tobolsk and moved to Ingushetia as a child.
