coco is right, you could do 100's of sit ups/ab work exercises a day but if you have a layer of fat the muscles will not be visible. if you can get the weight off and do loads of ab work, including side abs, you will be like peter fukkin andre in that mysterious girl video!Coco wrote:Depends how long it takes you to lose the weight, a six pack is 90% weight loss, if you get the weight off your abs will stick out without much work

Also if you go on most reputable porn sites there is a magic formula advertised that you can purchase that allows you to get the perfect six pack in.....about 2 weeks I think was the last one I saw. I agree. The most important thing is keeping your body fat low.
