Thanks for the feedback. As the 'magazine of record' we aim to include as many results as possible though I take your point and we will consider it. As regards the other comments, Where Are They Now still appears every month -Billy Hardy next week - Joe Rein simply stopped writing Body and Soul, to quote the Killers, For Reasons Unknown, which is a real shame and yes, all fitness content now goes in Fighting Fit. Even before FF we had very little fitness stuff in the weekly BN but our special supplements - Training, Nutrition and Technique - did really well and FF was born.

Joe was unwell last year but is now rtestored i think.

I've got to say I'm really enjoying Boxing News at the moment. I mentioned to Danny the other day how much I liked that Gleasons gym piece of his. The Tate story (not that Danny wrote it) was fascinating too. Bob Mee's the most knowledgable man I've ever met in boxing, so giving him a guest spot was a top idea. Also Teddy Atlas, might not be everyone's cup of tea but he does have amazing psycholigical insight into the game. The last couple of paragraphs of his Zab Judah analysis were spot on.

Bob Mee should be in there every week. His stuff is top drawer and is knowledge better than any fight reporter/writer in Britain and that is not a dig at anybody at BN, in papers or telly

Now how about this, I started reading it as a 13 year old, still got a few years worth of copies in the cupboard, and when i was away travelling for a few years my Mum still brought it for me.
I'm now 38 and every Friday i lay in the bath after work and read through the BN, highlight of my week

Oh and Mum still buys it for me, she won't let me give her the money for it lol. How good is that. good old mum

That's some Mum you got First copy I bought was when Pazienza fought Haugen (first fight), I didn't know there was a lightweight class! The week after Mike McCallum was boxing Don Curry and I was hooked

Not sure what Tim's up to. Last time I saw him was probably at Harry's memorial service but that was in 1999. Harry and I just happened to get on and see boxing in pretty much the same way, so work was always a pleasure.
