People say this is a bad era for boxing, but KT is one of the guys who, in my opinion, makes this untrue.

He's a true true champion and he will take Hatton apart in Hatton's own back yard. I don't see what Hatton can do.

I still think KT is going to win , but I think his view of RH as one dimensional is flawed

Rh proved against Magee, Phillips and Tackie that he is perfectly capable of boxing to a high level ( if not KT's level)

I don't believe , for one minute that KT is believing it will be as easy as he says. But, hey, that's pre fight hype for you

I know someone close to Tszyu's camp who said, 'Kostya is a cagey person, he is very paranoid about giving anything away, don't be surprised if he just boxes Hatton all night, despite what he says.'

This time, Ricky will have to avoid the big punch, aswell as out box a true boxer. A different prospect from outboxing Tackie, but it would be wrong to say RH doesn't have a chance.

Nope, no sign of Tsyzu, but we did get a little taster of Hatton's preparations. I agreed with Nicky Piper and Barry McGuigan in that I remain sceptical (could tell by their faces). His training looks to be going pretty much as normal. I don't know what the rolling up to the 'celeb' do in a fancy car, then joking around was all about. "Hatton's last public engagement before gritting down" or whatever... yeah, right. Just like his exotic cruise before "gritting down". Pffff.

I don't understand why he is not shitting himself. He knows how good Kostya is. Surely he has not given himself no hope from the off? He would be ripping off his (genuine) fans if that was the case, not the casuals, the ones like myself who only criticise because they want to see him make the best of this great - when you think how undeserving he is of the shot - opportunity 'Europe's Greatest Promoter' has secured for him.

Come on Ricky, lock yourself away somewhere secluded with only a limited team just for this fight; use the Phoenix Camp for your defences if you win. I do not think it would be a bad idea to do that for this particular fight. It's going to take something special to beat Kostya, and that requires a special training camp. It's all too ordinary so far. All the signs are pointing to an early night for Tszyu. I am actually starting to see this fight as a crap mismatch.

BTW, what was that all about with Paul Dempsey saying his weight has dropped drastically since he last appeared (reminiscent of Jabba the Hut). That's a bad thing! It should be coming down slowly, if at all!

I really believe Ricky Hatton has a good chance against Tszyu. He's going to be all over him and not let Tszyu set him up. However...one right hand can change all that very quickly, of course. Anyway, I believe Hatton can win.

Don't forget that Tszyu is a great boxer and counter puncher if he wants to be , Don't just think he is all power because he deffinently isn't.

I know, I love Tszyu when he boxes. But styles make fights and I think he'll have problems with Hatton as he had with Oktay Urkal. I think he'd have an easier time with Mayweather. Hope I'm wrong on this and he kicks Hattons butt

Zoo is crafty , he's smart and he don't give nothing away, But you can be assured he is coming to box , the first couple off rnd's, at least , lets not forget the guy is a terrific boxer has well has puncher

To be honest, I think Hatton's chances increase if Tsyzu comes out boxing - it's got more of a chance going to the later rounds. Tsyzu would have no trouble dispatching Ricky within the opening 5 rounds if he box-punches: the openings will be there in abundance. Hatton has not mixed in the proper class leading up to this fight - it is almost inevitable he will make the tiniest of mistakes and be punished.

Interesting to note Zoo has said in an interview that Ricky does;nt watch where he's throwing his hooks to the body, also said use of the elbows will help counter that.

How true ,Now Rickys in with the thorough profesional , I can see an injured left hand coming up followed by an uppercut right on the button.

Zoo seems to be taking this fight more serious than any other , I think Zoo see's this has his chance to jump into the really big money fights with Oscar ,, he'll cement his legacy has one of the all time great junior welters and then move up for a couple off humongous paydays, and I don't think he's gonna let Ricky Hatton stand in his way

Judging from his interviews on the weekend, Tszyu has 3 fights left in him, including this one. You can bet on it, if he wins he wants PBF. (At least i do and pretty much the boxing world). A big 'IF' he loses wow! Every one is going to want a peice of him.

What is pic #1047808 all about? How can he do that with his power, without damaging his hands? :x

I saw a video at maxboxing with Moseley getting his wraps on - and Goosen said he puts tissue in between the fingers to protect the metacarpals(sp?). He still used bag mitts, though.
