i do not pretend to know iitalll coz i dont and uunless you have superhuman powers patron then you sayiing it was a STEW is just an opinion. Like what others are saying. your opiniion is NOT fact so stop treatiing us like dumb turds mate.the onlly person who really knows iif he dived is Briggs himself.
That said i do agree we should move on as ii think all angles have been covered and there are worthy fighters who need our support and deserve discussion.
If you do however have superhuman powers then can i get answers to these questions
1)who shot jfk 2)did the CIA kiilll Harold Holt 3)does Natalie Portman secretly want to have sex wiith me everyday for the rest of my life. :TU:
yes itis my opinion and i,m entitled to have one,but it is an educated one,and i am not trying to put anyone down, but some of the comments on this board sound like they are coming from 2yr olds,i think you are wrong[my opinion] to say briggs is the only one who would know if he was taking a dive, the smart money knew. i actually thought briggs would take it up to green and give him a decent workout, and if all that prefight crap about briggs condition was correct then if his camp had any concern and principal they should have walked out,if i knew the first two answers i would probably be dead, as far as the third one, she doesn,t fancy you. sorry. all the best

You're on fire madball. I particularly agree with the above though. I keep saying "In hindsight..."

Thanks, got on a bit of a roll - won't happen too often I'm sure.

After reading a whole bunch of crap about the fight, here and elsewhere, I sat down and thought about it and tried to be as logical and unbiased about it as I could. So many 180's done on the opinion of the fight once it lasted two punches.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I think most of us, once NSW refused the fight (this is what I did) and saw Briggs at the press conference about it were saying "Bastards, let him fight, it's Briggs. He'd be in killer form, he's a monster, this will be good. Fight in Perth." Now I look like a blood-thirsty bastard. But we weren't given the full information, most of which seemed to come out after the fight, it appeared the only people that weren't duped was the NSW CSA.

If the fight had've lasted three rounds with Briggs looking half-decent at least, then all these comments wouldn't have been made. They'd be more - Briggs, you're a warrior, you tried hard, you earnt your pay good work. Green, you gave Briggs one last pay day, time to move up, etc etc.

On a separate note, I missed the intro to the Mostyn fight (and only just remembered) - who was his trainer?

Very well put again mate. I still can't believe that there wasn't more noise made about this before the fight.
