Roll up, Roll up the circus is coming to town again

Post by ra2006 »

According to the Daily Terror today Mundine will be facing Waters (we all knew that already). However, it goes on to say that Waters is number 7 in the WBA rankings and it will be a final eliminator for the WBA LMW world title.

Something smells a little fishy here. How the hell has Ryan Waters magically appeared at number 7, but after events of late should I be surprised

Eliminator for the Interim Champion or world title? Cotto is scheduled to fight Pacman right? So if Pacman wins good chance Pacman will relinquish the title. A vacant title could mean Mundine will fight another bum for a WBA World Title

Maybe it means for the interim title? Nobuhiro Ishida (record below), who is a very poor boxer by world title standards, holds this title and is a much more realistic option than Cotto. Miguel Cotto will never fight Ryan Waters or Anthony Mundine. Recently, there have been rumors about him fighting Andre Berto.

Mundine 120-108 x3 if it goes to the scorecards, no disrespect to Waters.... Who is after Waters ? Dawson maybe Davidson ?
