Well according to the boxrec article he will likely serve three years. So if he doesn't get too out of shape in prison he could mount a comeback. Not saying I hope he does or anything though. If he truly is guilty it's a horrible thing he's done there. Hopefully he comes out of a prison a better individual.

board wouldn't give him licence back until the sentance is finished, so that means the whole 6 years.
Plus they would be hesitent in giving him it back anyway

Very true. I just can't help but think of a certain Mr.Tyson. But that was in a different country, different time...and I suppose with the money Tyson generates he was never not going to get his license back. It's just a shame that one rule doesn't apply to all. But hey that's life I guess.
