let's get it right, froch has a great chin but since boxing world class opponent's he's relied on it heavily & after, pascal, taylor, dirrell, kessler, how much more can he take :!: apart from dirrell i think the other's hit harder then abraham, but after all the punishment froch has taken, he's defenetley been loosend up, as evident with even dirrel stopping him in his track's on a few occasion's. ive seen it happen too many times before & true historian's can read patterns.

I'd be an idiot not to, Froch is the only world class 12st fighter in the country and the best possible sparring I could get.
I rate him, respect him and obviously one day would love to fight him! But sparring is sparring and if it benefits both of us then I'm glad to help out. The timing of our fights is ideal for me.
I find it abit strange that Froch would wanna spar you mate in preparation for his fight against abraham, not because you're not a good fighter but because your style is very different to abrahams who basically spends alot of fights with his gloves stuck to his head!Ha.Also without being rude you have decent power without being a ko artist whereas abraham hits like a mule!
People don't spar people just because they're carbon copies of their future opponent. Some have the carbon copy type there plus someone just in general who they want to use for a good hard spar. Now I'm not insinuating that I'm either but bottom line is that it has been offered and that's that - Who cares if I don't wear my shorts as high as Abraham or tie my boots the same. As I said before, sparring is sparring.

As for the Bellew & Froch punch power - Bellew has never hit me full belt and vise-versa. If he had then I may have and so on but again as I said, sparring is sparring and I f*cking hate liberty takers and people who feel they need to prove things

It'll be a good way to spend a few days training. Froch and Rob are professionals and don't extract the piss out of anyone coming in to assist them. McCracken often gives visitors his very best attention and lots of his own tips.

Infact it's more the other way. Sometimes you get opportunists thinking it's their own world title attempt. Sometimes they come in with 5 year old gloves with half the padding missing and their fingers poking through the leather, intent on doing damage.

I think it will be really good for you Paul. The amateurs are all there and the facilities are really good. Sports psychiatrists, Ice baths, running tracks, cctv for reviewing the action.

Carl Froch and Rob McCracken must think a lot to ask for help in such an important fight. Abraham is some fighter; it is a proper compliment that they feel you can help em get ready for it.

I think his record shows he can punch and has a chin! An if he does get a shot a a world title which I think will be likely, wot a way to judge if u can cut it at that level I now sparring is sparring but u still great way to gage were u are level wise! Great opportunity like must admit abit jealous ha ha!
