Kingsley Ikeke vs. Echols ??

Kingsley vs. Echols was an IBF eliminator for the # 2 rating. Kingsley didn't defend his NABF title. The NABF never sanctioned the fight.
Banner Promotions wouldn't pay the sancton fees for the fight. :TU:
