Looks like the precurser to Lennox Lewis-David Tua.
Looks like same schmuck who had access to the pathe archives years ago,cut out the punch that knocked Bygraves down too again for their private collection like some of the other knock down punches at British Pathe.

Bygraves is saved on the floor by the bell ending the fight.
