0:24 Napoles is blocked in his own corner... 2:0
0:24 The cross scores for Whitaker. He needs to throw that punch more often. 2:2
0:42 * Napoles lands a vicious hook and Whitaker collapses like a house of cards! 2:2
0:44 Ramos starts counting... 11:2
0:44 1... 11:2
0:45 Whitaker rolls over and is trying to push himself up but will he have enough strength and time to do it? 11:2
0:46 3... 11:2
0:47 4... 11:2
0:48 5... 11:2
0:49 6... 11:2
0:50 7... 11:2
0:51 8... 11:2
0:52 9... 11:2
0:53 10! 11:2
0:53 * Thats it! The fight is over and Pernell Whitaker has still not moved as the medicial staff rushes in to check on him. Jose Napoles takes the victory here in 3 with a thunderous knockout. 11:2
Should Sweet Pea be allowed to fight this week after such a devastating and concussive knockout? He was pulverised by Napoles, and didn't move for a good ten minutes afterwards.

Our thoughts go out to him.

He will be given a brain scan and a drug test before his next fight. I'm quite certain he will fail at least one of those.
