What a coward move to say the least. Williams can't beat elite guys anyhow and has no chance for a major title this season. I guess somebody in the WBU title fight can move in.

I nominate Simon Brown to get his ass kicked in the WBU fight if he is illegible. H/is record isn't great, but at least good fighters have whipped him out.....
