Ahmed - Sexton was class... in a bad way. Sexton trying to get in the Ring and Ahmed prancing about like a tit... and going from dancing feet to off his feet in under a minute. Bet he regrets that over-confidence now.

Mitchell came into the Cockney Rejects who were shouting and screaming terribly. made my ears hurt.

if it had been Gavin Rees or Paul Samuels at Ninian Park (or whatever the new ground is called) coming out to one of your ditties you'd have loved it as much as we did... shame about the result.

Do you rate Mitchell that badly that out of all the Welsh boxers you could have named you picked Rees?

it was a shame about the result and also a shame about the excuses afterwards. Hopefully he'll come back early in the new year and have the much anticipated domestic showdown at some point with Murray.

to be fair I looked at the active UK ratings on here and those two were the first Welsh I came to (i think)

yeah it was a shame, im not one of those people who thinks that a footy team/boxer has let the fans down but he let himself down, especially when you compare it to Katsidis - training in jungles and sparring before the fight.
