I think Audley is already winding him up,yesterday on ITV he was doing his head in.I dont think Haye likes these early starts but can see those ppv numbers adding up.

I'd do a piece on their interview on Radio 4 if I had time but I haven't.

Gary Richardson is a bit of a marmite broadcaster and sometimes I think he's deliberately disrespectful - he tried to force Audley to say he'd retire if he lost and when he wouldn't, Richardson said it would be a 'nonsense' if he continued. Why so?

Anyway, they're doing a fantastic job of selling this and I guarantee it will shift absolute shed loads on SBO. Coverage on Radio 4 and BBC Breakfast is something else.

Haye was given the opportunity to apologise for his 'gang rape' metaphor and wouldn't...disappointed with that.

To me, Audley does not seem confident. He keeps saying "I'm gonna give you the fight of your life" rather than "I'm going to beat you".

The look in David's eyes is somewhat evil. I think he's just going to look to destroy Harrison as quickly as possible.

I thought that when I watched the press conference via YouTube. Haye genuinely seems to believe he's going to walk right through Harrison and Audley by contrast is almost trying to convince himself he can at least compete.
Where things get interesting for me is if Harrison weathers the early storm that will definitely be coming his way and makes it into the middle rounds...
Still think Haye will stop him early as I think Harrison will 'freeze' mentally and go into survival mode, with the ref eventually stopping him on his fight due to the lack of punches coming back at Haye.

As Payney touched upon in the announcement thread, this is a big fight for the armchair fan. The fact that Radio 1 were considering having them both in the studio (to my knowledge this has never happened) is testament to the interest this fight will generate.

Is it the best fight; no. But both are gonna get paid well and the numbers won't be scoff worthy.

Aye - we've heard it all before. But the thing is, there are lots of people who haven't.

The sales of the Valuev PPV really took off...and one of the reasons is that Haye was everywhere.

Well the fight is 9 weeks away, so I'd guess 8 week training camps, so they'll flog the fight as much as possible over the next few days.
Haye was at it almost throughout the full training camp for Valuev. He was on Paul O'Grady less than a week before the fight, logo's showing,as i remember thinking it was a bit close. He even trained in London rather than Northern Cyprus for the sole purpose of been on hand to promote whenever he could.

If Audley cold-cocked Haye, the PPV sales would double.

That was just uncomfortable viewing - a couple of middle-aged, suited breakfast TV presenters trying to goad them on like schoolkids wanting to see a fight

Sky Sports staffer was on Twitter earlier saying that the pair had lunch together in the Sky Sports yesterday, and seemed to get on fine. It's all WWE hype and bollocks really innit, to sell the fight.
