If Haye is cautious he'll win in 6.

If he's reckless he'll lose in 6.

Have some doubts about his stamina going into the late rounds.

Oh dear. Haye is rapidly becoming an annoying bell-end. Very, very direspectful of a fighter who's turned his career around. Although I think Haye will win this, I'm actually beginning to hope that Hobo sparks him and he concentrates on modeling. Noone ever asks what models have to say, so there's less chance of him opening his mouth and looking like a twat.

David had obviously been on the pop when he made these disrespectful comments.

The easiest fight of his career? Surley not as easy as his last fight against Kelly - Mark will be punching back in this bout.

Likes to knock out tall guys? So does Carl Thompson: Ask David Haye.

Why is David so concerned about Chris Aston? Please note the only man not to have had his say in the whole unsavoury slagging match is Mark Hobson coz he's in the gym. Mark has more class and professionalism than Chris, David and Adam Booth put together.

Marks comments about not fighting David were made tongue in cheek. Mark Hobson is a fighter and a true champion and outright holder of the Lonsdale Belt. Mark has served a true aprrenticeship full of heart, guts, determination and focus. He will never and will never be given anything on a plate - unlike David Haye.

I was at the sparring session and Mark landed much more than a glove on David - Adam Booth video recorded the session. Who was trying so hard to impress? was it the one fight novice? YES.

Mark cant wait for the fight and neither can I. The only thing is when Mark beats him he wont get any credit - he never has - Mark will win.

The post on his website will come back to haunt him.

mark will get plenty of credit for beating haye thats total cobblers.

for what i have read on here Hobson is rated quite hiughly so dont know what you are going on about.

theres obviousy more to this thatn meets the eye, but agreed haye should concentrate on training his body not his mouth.

Lets hope that Haye isn't tempted to sit in the comfort zone of having a BBC contract. He has got natural talent, and it would be a shame if he ends up taking on nobodies for money, whilst criticising everybody else.

(I bet I can guess which boxer will also be mentioned after me saying that).

Am I the only one here that thinks this is going to be a blowout? On Hobsons recent performances I find it hard to believe he will be able to take ANY of Haye's punches.

I don't think it will happen. If it does, I'll be on the fence untill the final week.

Hobson is a bit too upright which Haye can exploit - but then Haye has some weakness that Hobson can exploit.

If Hobson gets dragged into a fight like he did against Tony Moran then I think he will get blown out. If he (or anyone) manages to extend Haye to the later rounds (preferably forcing him to fight at your pace) he's anybody's game. He has went from 6 rounders, to 8 rounders, to 10 rounds, to even up to 12 rounds - yet has never fully completed the round limit. That is, literally, a retarded progression.

I've always liked Haye from his interviews - just what boxing needs, I thought, after watching him on the BBC. However that interview on his website shocked me. He comes across like an utter prick. I then thought, hold on, maybe it's a tactic to make Hobson get fired up and engage early (Haye's best, perhaps only chance). But why is he slagging off Aston and co. then? Not sure what to make of it.

Wouldn't it be great to have a prospect like Cotto - hands up, head down, all business: no shit talk, shows opponents respect outside ring but destroys them in it. I'm not a fan of all these hands down wide boys who try to emulate Roy Jones videos. They may be able to 'copy' his reflexes and style, but I've yet to see even ONE of them with his ring smarts.

Mark Hobson is a great pro who prefers to do his talking in the ring. He'll leather Haye and then onwards and upwards.

Aston started it remember, Haye just responded. Hobson in his last fight against an old out of shape Bruce Scott panacked everytime he got hit and you where just waiting on a disaster happening. He looked really shaky. If Haye's boxes him I think he'll easily stop him and probably real early.

Oh, did he? Never even knew that... this is really the only boxing site I read on the internet, so sometimes I kinda miss out on a lot of these slagging wars. Not really complaining though.

If you want to base Hobsons chances of winning on his last fight - you should reconsider. Mark would be the first to admit his performance against Bruce Scott was ordinary - all boxers have a bad day at the office sometimes.

Also factor in what Scott did to Enzo Craprannelli - and that Mark was giving Scott full respect in the power department. Also Hobson had bad hands going in to the fight and despite Bruces appearance he was fitter and had trained harder than he had in a long time.
