Booth is really going at Molitor. He is being very aggresive. Molitor is having trouble with Booth's speed and combintion punching.

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Unless Molitor finds a BIG punch, this looks like Booth's fight.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Come on Jason. He looks right at home.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Molitor landing a bit more now.

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Molitor's round, big success with the body shots, he's woken up
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Another good round for Molitorr. He is looking too sharp now.

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
I thought he actualy said 'not in his league.' Lindsay looked so-so tonight. Smith would fare better after some more experience, but I don't think it is too early for him to have a good chance of winning.Asterix wrote:He said it's "too early" for Smith.crusader wrote:Nelson says that Smith-Lindsay should not happen because Smith is not in Lindsay's league
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Molitor is at another level right now. He is winning the fight now on my card.

I thought Molitor was sharper and more accurate in the ninth. He landed the better shots.

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
For a man with a big edge in speed, power and experience, he's really not using them and seems well content to fight within himself - He's really short of ideas and if it was someone "better" I think Molitor would be found out again.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Molitor clearly wins the tenth. Booth has to win the last two rounds to have a shot.

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Watt has SM up by 1. I think he is being generous to Booth.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
What a typically competent performance from Booth. He isn't going to win this now but it's been an absorbing boxing match. Such a reliable fighter.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Brilliant sportsmanship from them both at the end of each round, they're having a good dig.

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Who knows what the judges will come up with though, hometown and all that
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Molitor is very accurate with body shots. He put some good combos together in the eleventh. Booth not doing much signficant.

That is a possiblty. Hopefully, that does not happen though,. Molitor clearly deserves the win.MightyWarrior wrote:Who knows what the judges will come up with though, hometown and all that
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
117-112 Molitor.
I have Molitor winning every round after the fouth. It could be a little closer, but it will be a robbery if Molitor doesn't win.

Nice from the boxers at the end, classy display. It was close, who knows, not a major outrage whichever way it goes I suppose, but I thought Molitor took it in the end.
