Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
hope molitor tries to unify with poonsawat, the terrific thai who's gone under the radar a bit since smashing "hunky dory" dunne.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
I don't think it was close enough for a Booth win to be warranted. I can't see how he won more rounds.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Molitor wins MD
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
The announcer buchered that one.

The worst that I can remember hearing, very poor.crusader wrote:The announcer buchered that one.

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
i had molitor by 2 rounds, great effort from jason booth, great pro
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Booth did much better than I expected. He gave Molitor a tougher fight than most of his other chalengers have.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Klit-Peter up next.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Would Booth be seen as a decent challenger for Munroe if he wins the WBC?
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Hope wlad doesnt get tagged by a big shot from peter, wanting to see haye v wlad at some point.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Based on this performance he would be fine. If Munroe beats a very good fighter like Nishioka, than Booth would be good first defence.Horse wrote:Would Booth be seen as a decent challenger for Munroe if he wins the WBC?

Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Munroe must be wishing he got Mollitor at home instead of his Japanese mission
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Same here. That is my worry. I don't think Peter will catch hiim, but he does have power, and it is a possibility.Fatsam wrote:Hope wlad doesnt get tagged by a big shot from peter, wanting to see haye v wlad at some point.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
bet he would. losing only via MD to a world champ? bet this angle will get played up big time.Horse wrote:Would Booth be seen as a decent challenger for Munroe if he wins the WBC?
i think munroe's better, and on better form, than booth. but i see nishioka as a far tougher test than molitor.
bet munroe v booth for less than a world title could happen. obviously we'll have to see how rendall does. i think he gives nishioka a gruelling war, but loses.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
booth's shown he can mix it with world class but the size difference told, he'd be better off stepping down a weight or two then he'd be in a better position to win a world title
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
Yep, just stuck a tenner on peter so i cant lose either way nowcrusader wrote: Same here. That is my worry. I don't think Peter will catch hiim, but he does have power, and it is a possibility.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion

10-9 Klit. Klit jabbing, keeping distance, and landing some good right hands. Peter did land a big left hook though, and is looking dangerous.
Re: Saturday Fight Night PBP/Discussion
dam, peter is lucky to have such punch resistance.
